We have a few house rules and a few reminders, which we’d like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read and take a note. HOUSE RULES -NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS We do not permit visitors on the property unless allowed by the host. -NO EXCESSIVE NOISE Please refrain from excessive noise, especially between the hours 10pm and 9am. -NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN BEDROOM We have a comfortable dining table and a convenient coffee table. -DO NOT SLAM THE DOORS Please be considerate and try to close the doors gently. -ARTIFICIAL TAN = BYO SHEETS If you wear an artificial tan, please bring your own sheets and towels. All tan stains will incur extra fees. -TURN OFF HEATING AND LIGHTS WHEN OUT OF THE PROPERTY Please help us ensure fire safety and conserve energy each time you leave the property. REMINDERS - Please use trivets - Help us protect tables and countertops from heat damage by those hot pots, pans and anything else hot. - Please use cutting boards - Don't cut on countertop or table surfaces. - Check-out is 11am - Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 11am to clean the property.
